Please read before using Jupetsa services
These terms apply when you use the Jupetsa website, register for training, obtain digital resources or request Jupetsa services. Programme- or service-specific terms may also apply and will be communicated where relevant.

1. About Jupetsa

Jupetsa provides digital-skills training and participant support, business tools and digital resources, website services, and digital-safety and data-protection related support. Availability, scope and pricing may differ by programme or service.

2. Training and Women in Digital Business

Women in Digital Business is an ITCILO initiative supported by Microsoft and delivered through Jupetsa. Programme participation is subject to the applicable registration, learning and completion requirements. The Foundation is the required entry point before accessing the subsequent Women in Digital Business programmes offered through Jupetsa. Certification is subject to successful completion of the applicable programme requirements.

3. Registration, fees and payments

Fees for programmes, digital products and services will be displayed or communicated before registration, purchase or commencement of work. A programme place, product order or service request may not be confirmed until the applicable registration, payment or approval requirements communicated by Jupetsa have been completed. Fees may vary depending on the offer, scope, delivery method and location. Where a third-party payment provider is used, that provider’s terms and privacy practices may also apply.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, transfer and refund conditions may differ by programme, product or service. Any applicable conditions will be communicated before or during registration, purchase or engagement. Refunds may take into account the stage of delivery, digital resources already accessed and costs already incurred. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Digital products and business tools

Jupetsa templates, prompt packs, guides and other digital resources are provided for the customer’s or participant’s own business use unless a different licence is stated. They may not be resold, redistributed, republished or presented as another person’s product without written permission from Jupetsa.

6. Website services

Website work is provided according to the agreed scope. Unless expressly included in writing, domain registration, paid applications, premium plugins, advertising, third-party subscriptions and other external costs remain the customer’s responsibility. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate content, approvals and information reasonably required to complete the work. Any complimentary Starter Website offered through a Jupetsa programme is subject to the stated eligibility, scope and third-party cost conditions.

7. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use Jupetsa services lawfully, respect programme participants and facilitators, protect your account credentials, and avoid uploading or sharing content that unlawfully infringes another person’s rights or compromises privacy or security.

8. Educational and business results

Jupetsa provides practical learning, tools and business support. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside Jupetsa’s control, including participation, implementation, market conditions and business decisions. Jupetsa therefore does not guarantee particular sales, income, customer growth or other business results.

9. External services and links

Jupetsa may use or link to third-party registration, learning, communication, hosting, payment or social-media platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Jupetsa is not responsible for the availability or independent practices of third-party platforms, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Jupetsa branding, original website content, Jupetsa-created training materials, templates and digital resources remain the property of Jupetsa or the relevant rights holder. Materials belonging to programme partners remain subject to the rights and terms of those organisations.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Jupetsa Privacy Policy and any programme-specific privacy notice. Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through the website or registration process.

12. Changes and contact

Jupetsa may update these Terms & Conditions as its services, programmes or legal responsibilities change. The current version will be published on the Jupetsa website. Questions about these terms can be directed to the contact details below.
